The Irish Whiskey Cookbook: One Night Pop-Up with Oisín Davis

Join award-winning writer and cocktail creator Oisín Davis for an evening celebrating his new book, The Irish Whiskey Cookbook, at our Home Store on Drury Street.

Your ticket includes a copy of the book, a tasting of three dishes cooked from its pages and a full Glendalough whiskey cocktail to warm you up on a November evening!

On the menu

• Glendalough Whiskey cured pork belly with ginger sauce
• Glendalough Whiskey and Cashel Blue cheese spread on a Sheridan’s brown bread cracker with celery
• Blackcurrant and lavender whiskey jelly with vanilla custard

To drink

• Barmbrack Hot Toddy made with Glendalough Whiskey, barmbrack tea syrup, lemon and orange

Our café bar will be open throughout the evening. Places are limited, so we recommend booking early. Please bring your order confirmation (on your phone is fine) and collect your book on the night.
