Cafe Senior Barista (FT)
Industry & Co. is on the hunt for a Senior Barista to join our growing team. The applicant must be a quality-focused, motivated, and friendly individual. The ideal candidate will get involved in all front-of-house operations and floor service aspects.
Days of the week and hours:
- Shift work Monday – Sunday
- Must be available between the hours of 7:30 - 18:30
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Staff Training
- Be a key person in helping the development of a better business
- Ensure quality control over service and products
- Greeting customers and ensuring that you are delivering the highest level of customer service
- Serving food and advising customers on the menu and dietary requirements
- Daily reporting to senior management after each shift
- Making sure the cafe is well-equipped overall
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness at all time
Requirements
- Experienced Barista with a minimum of 2 years with specialty coffee
- Strong coffee interest
- Proactive
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be a friendly, warm individual
