Barista/Cafe Assistant
Industry & Co. is looking for a Barista / Café Assistant to join our café team on Drury Street, in the heart of Dublin’s Creative Quarter.
Our café sits inside our design store with a hatch that opens out on to an inviting outside terrace and has become a destination for great coffee, good food and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, takes pride in making excellent coffee and creating a warm experience for every customer who walks through the door.
You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team, working in a busy and vibrant environment where quality and attention to detail matter.
Job Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving speciality coffee
- Welcoming customers and creating a warm café atmosphere
- Serving food and assisting customers with menu and dietary information
- Helping with the day-to-day running of the café
- Keeping the space clean, organised and well stocked
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience, including preparing speciality coffee
- Fluent English
- Availability to work both weekdays and weekends
- Availability between 07:30 – 22:00
- A friendly, positive and reliable attitude
