This bar is inspired by travel and experiencing the unforgettable aromatic taste of bitter coffee paired with citrus and spice. They knew the combination would pair perfectly with the dark chocolate from Ecuador. The coffee is from Two Fifty Square, specialty coffee roasters in Dublin. It is fully traceable single estate Nicaraguan coffee. They heighten it's bright and citrusy flavour with a hint of freshly ground cardamom and add it to our dark chocolate.
