Necklace - Five Disc Pendant - Sterling Silver

A beautiful delicate chain in Sterling Silver. This piece is made from delicate link chain and features 5 tiny silver discs approx 4mm each. It is 16" chain with a further 2" extension at the back so you can adjust the length. It looks great on its own or layer it up!
