Visual Merchandiser (FT)
Full-time | Three flagship stores within 50m of each other
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Visual Merchandiser to lead VM across Industry & Co - Home, Life, and Kids. This role combines concept design, in-store execution, display building, and commercial visual merchandising.
What You’ll Do
- Create window displays, in-store layouts, signage, and seasonal concepts
- Maintain consistent VM standards across three stores
- Build and install displays using hand tools, power tools, and basic electrics
- Optimise store layouts to improve conversion and customer flow
- Refresh displays to support sell-through and reduce slow movers
- Manage VM calendars, budgets, and suppliers
- Train store teams on day-to-day merchandising
- Support photoshoots, events, and promotional campaigns
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in visual merchandising (design-led retail preferred)
- Strong portfolio of windows, interiors, and layouts
- Confident with drills, saws, sanders, painting, finishing & simple electrics
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite + Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift/move items and work at height
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with SketchUp, Procreate, or similar
- Sustainable VM experience
- VM or design-related qualification
- Full clean driving licence
