Established in 1953, Bill McNutt brought employment to the area by training locals and spreading his love of weaving throughout the community. Weaving initially took place on handlooms in a converted community hall and later in a purpose built mill on power looms - where they still weave to this day! The original weaving shed is now the location of their shop.
The location of McNutt’s mill, on the Wild Atlantic Way, provides them with endless inspiration for new products and designs. Located on the North West coast of Ireland, the rugged coastline, untamed heathers and wild seas inspire the colour, textures and design throughout their collections.
